PERIPARTUM MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

Postpartum support international (PSI) Is an excellent resource with over 20+ different specialty virtual support groups that include groups geared specifically for: mindfulness, mood support, peripartum OCD, support for dads, support for those with fertility issues, or for parents of toddlers, or for pregnancy loss. THE NATIONAL ALLIANCE ON MENTAL ILLNESS (NAMI)

NAMI offers free online peer connection support groups for those with mental illnesses and support groups for the family members and loved ones of those dealing with mental illnesses. Go to https://www.nami.org/.
