01 — Diagnostic Evaluations
Initial appointments for psychiatric evaluation are 60-90 minutes long. During this appointment, we will discuss your main concerns, motivations for care, daily life activities, medical, psychiatric, and substance use histories, and will screen for various psychiatric conditions.
02 — Follow up appointments
Follow up sessions are either 25 minutes or 45 minutes long depending on an individual's needs. The frequency of sessions also depends on the person. Sometimes we include significant people in your life in session if you would like. Dr. Hendizadeh follows patients as closely as needed.
Fees and Policies
It is required to have a credit card on file to schedule an initial appointment. Services are usually paid for by credit card. Cancellations or requests for rescheduling within 48 business hours of appointment times are charged the full cost of the session. Dr. Hendizadeh does not accept insurance. She can provide invoices and some insurances may reimburse you for out of network providers.
